We aim to equip students with the critical skills needed to secure and persist in careers that lead to upward socioeconomic mobility.

CPI uniquely collaborates with university partners—particularly FGLI affinity groups and career services departments—to provide support for this student population.

We also develop strategic partnerships with corporate employers who provide mentorship, coaching, internships, and full-time opportunities for our students.

Driven by extensive research, our comprehensive program includes a curriculum focused on three core areas: soft skill development, hard skill development, and education & career exposure.

The most impactful part of joining CPI has been the coaching, community, and personalized support the group has provided. I was behind on my summer job applications but with the help of CPI, I was able to secure a meaningful summer internship.
